Policy for the People

A GEORGIA WHERE EVERY GENERATION CAN BUILD A FUTURE

Opportunity should be accessible to every generation not reserved for a select few.

A Voice for the People. A Vision for Progress. A Stronger Georgia.

My vision:

Georgia families deserve more than promises. They deserve leadership that listens, solutions that work, and a representative who will fight to make their voices heard.

That is why I am running to represent the people of House District 108.

My vision for the 2027 legislative session is centered on affordability, opportunity, strong families, safe communities, and accountable government. But I believe leadership is about more than identifying problems or making promises. It is about bringing people together, developing responsible solutions, and turning ideas into meaningful results.

I am not running to simply occupy a seat at the Capitol. I am running to make that seat work for you.

My Vision for the 2027 Legislative Session

Listening to the People of House District 108

Real leadership begins with listening.

I want to maintain an open line of communication with the families, small-business owners, educators, healthcare professionals, law enforcement, and community leaders of House District 108.

Your experiences, your concerns, and your ideas should help shape the priorities I take to the Capitol.

I believe the people deserve a representative who is accessible, accountable, and committed to working with the community not just speaking to it.

Making Georgia More Affordable

The rising cost of living is one of the greatest challenges facing Georgia families today.

Housing, utilities, groceries, insurance, healthcare, and everyday necessities continue to place pressure on working families, seniors, young adults, and small-business owners.

In the 2027 legislative session, I will work to examine legislation, state spending, taxes, fees, and regulations through one important question:

How will this affect the people who are working hard to make ends meet?

I will support responsible tax relief, seek opportunities to eliminate unnecessary regulatory burdens, and advocate for greater efficiency and accountability in government spending.

Before asking taxpayers for more, we should be asking whether government is using the resources it already has wisely.

Expanding Homeownership and Property Ownership

Owning a home should be an opportunity that hardworking Georgians can pursue.

I want to help identify unnecessary barriers that increase the cost of building, buying, and maintaining a home.

That means bringing homeowners, builders, local governments, and community stakeholders together to explore practical solutions that expand opportunity, respect property rights, and support responsible local decision-making.

A stronger Georgia is one where more families have the opportunity to build stability, own property, and create lasting wealth.

Growing Small Businesses and Creating Opportunity

Small businesses are essential to the strength and prosperity of our communities.

I want Georgia to remain a place where an idea, determination, and hard work can become a successful business.

I will work to reduce unnecessary red tape, simplify burdensome requirements where possible, strengthen workforce development, and support an environment where businesses can grow and create good-paying jobs.

From entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses to established employers, we should be creating opportunities for people to build, invest, and prosper right here in Georgia.

Healthcare That Puts People First

Families deserve access to healthcare that is affordable, accessible, transparent, and responsive to their needs.

My focus will be on policies that expand access to providers, encourage competition, improve transparency, and protect the relationship between patients and their doctors.

People should have a clearer understanding of their healthcare costs and meaningful choices in where they receive care.

Education That Opens Doors to the Future

Every child deserves a quality education that prepares them for life, work, and the future.

I want our educational investments focused on literacy, reading, writing, math, critical thinking, financial literacy, and academic achievement.

Parents deserve a strong voice in their children's education. Teachers deserve the support and resources they need. Students deserve classrooms focused on learning and reaching their full potential.

We must also expand pathways into college, technical education, apprenticeships, skilled trades, entrepreneurship, and good-paying careers.

Every student deserves the opportunity to choose a path that leads to independence, opportunity, and a successful future.

Safe Communities and Strong Families

Strong communities begin with strong families and safe neighborhoods.

I believe in supporting the people and institutions that help our communities thrive, including families, educators, law enforcement, healthcare professionals, churches, nonprofits, and local leaders.

Together, we can work toward communities where children can grow, families can prosper, small businesses can flourish, and people can feel confident about their future.

Accountable Government That Works for You

Your tax dollars deserve responsible stewardship.

When Georgia spends taxpayer money or creates a new program, there should be clear goals, measurable results, and accountability.

I want to ask the questions that matter:

How much are we spending? Is it working? Are Georgia families seeing meaningful results?

Government should be measured not simply by how much it spends, but by the value it delivers to the people.

Turning Vision Into Action

I understand that meaningful progress requires more than introducing a bill.

It requires listening, preparation, collaboration, and the determination to get results.

I will work to build relationships with legislators, engage with House committees, meet with state agencies and stakeholders, and build coalitions around responsible policies that can move forward.

Sometimes that means introducing legislation. Other times, it means supporting, co-sponsoring, or strengthening another representative's bill.

The goal is not to take credit. The goal is to get good policy across the finish line.

My Commitment to House District 108

Listen to the people.
Identify the problem.
Develop a responsible solution.
Build the coalition.
Get it passed.
Measure the results.

That is the kind of leadership I want to bring to the Georgia Capitol.

I am running because I believe House District 108 deserves a strong voice, a clear vision, and a representative who will work with the community to build a better future.

A future where families can afford to live.

Where small businesses can grow.

Where children have the opportunity to succeed.

Where communities are safe, strong, and united.

Where government is accountable to the people it serves.

This is our opportunity to move Georgia forward.

But I cannot do it alone.

I need your voice. I need your support. I need your vote.

Together, we can bring a new level of service, collaboration, and accountability to House District 108.

Vote for leadership that listens.
Vote for solutions that work.
Vote for a stronger future for our families and communities.

Vote Elvia Davila for Georgia House District 108.

Strong families. Thriving communities. A stronger Georgia.

Together, we can build a Georgia where everyone has the opportunity to live, work, prosper, and pursue the American Dream.
